Let‘s cook something fancy this weekend 😍

Ingredients:

300g flour
Pinch of salt

2 spring onions
Small piece of ginger
2 garlic gloves
2 table spoon peanut oil
100g spinach
300g mushrooms
2 table spoon soy sauce
1 table spoon sesame oil

Do it:

Prepare the dough:
1. Mix flour and salt with 120 ml water and process into a dough
2. Let the dough chill for 10 minutes and form small 1cm large balls
3. Roll them out till you have something that looks like a tiny wrap 😂😃 (shouldn’t be thicker than 1,5mm)
Prepare the filling:
1. chop veggies finely in small cubes and slices
2. Poor a little bit of oil in your pan to fry it
3. When your veggies are cooked after about 5 min, season You filling withe the peanut oil, the sesame oil and the soy sauce. Optionally you can add some chilli 🌶🌶🌶
Now just add a tea spoon of filling in you rolled out dough and form little dumplings.

Cook them in a pan (had no basket)
1. poor oil in your pan and fry your dumpling till they have a golden bottom
2. Then add about 50-100ml water and put a lid on your pan
3. Let them cook till all water is gone
