– tagliatelle
– vegan garlic bread
– green lentils
– garlic
– white onion
– mushrooms
– red pepper
– spinach
– tomato purΓ©e
– tinned tomatos
– olive oil
– salt
– pepper
– basil
– chilli seeds
– italian herb spice mix

– cook your garlic in olive oil for a few minutes on a low heat before adding the rest of the vegetables
– drain your lentils and add to your pan of vegetables once they are cooked
– then add your tomato purΓ©e and tinned tomatoes
– season with salt, pepper and your spices before leaving to simmer for 10 minutes on a low heat
– meanwhile place your garlic bread in the oven
– then boil a pan of salted water before adding your tagliatelle to cook for 2-3 minutes before combining with your tomato veggie sauce
– to finish, garnish with fresh basil
