LENTIL PASTA WITH A PAN OF VEGETABLES ???
Today I’d like to show you a really easy meal that is packed with nutrients. Pasta that’s made out of lentils with a lot of veggies. The recipe is for 3-4 portions.
Ingredients:
– 1/2 broccoli
– 130g lentil pasta
– 2 carrots
– 1 onion
– 1 bell pepper
– 1 block smoked tofu
– 2 garlic cloves
– 1 handful green beans
– 1/2 can of corn
– 1/2 can of chickpeas
– 150ml soy cream (or oat cream)
– salt, black pepper, Italian herbs
– 1-2 tomatoes
– about 10 black olives
Instructions
– First you slice half a broccoli and set it aside.
– Then cook about 130g of the lentil pasta.
– Put the broccoli with 1 cup of water and 2 sliced carrots in a pan and put the lid on. Bring it to a boil and turn on medium heat.
– Slice the onion and the bell pepper, dice a block of smoked tofu, add two pressed garlic cloves and the green beans also to the pan. Let it cook until it’s nearly done (about 10 minutes).
– Add the corn, the chickpeas and the soy cream (or oat cream) to the pan.
– Spice it up with salt, pepper and some Italian herbs and add the pasta to the pan at the end.
– Serve it with diced tomatoes and diced olives.

LINSENNUDELN MIT EINER GEMÜSEPFANNE ???
Heute möchte ich euch gerne das Rezept für meine Gemüsepfanne mit Linsennudeln zeigen. Es enthält viele wichtige Nährstoffe, ist schnell gemacht und schmeckt sowohl kalt als auch aufgewärmt. Das Rezept ergibt ca. 3-4 Portionen.
Zutaten:
– 1/2 Brokkoli
– 130g Linsennudeln
– 2 Karotten
– 1 Zwiebel
– 1 Paprika
– 1 Block Räuchertofu
– 2 Knoblauchzehen
– eine Handvoll grüne Bohnen
– 1/2 Dose Mais
– 1/2 Dose Kichererbsen
– 150ml Soja- oder Hafersahne
– Salz, schwarzer Pfeffer, italienische Kräuter
– 1-2 Tomaten
– ca. 10 schwarze Oliven
