Lentil Broccoli Arugula Soup

Lentil Broccoli Arugula Soup


Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Serves: 4
 
Ingredients:
1 cup lentil
1 cup broccoli florets, diced
4 cup water
1 red jalapeno, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp ginger paste
½ cup arugula, chopped
1 pinch turmeric
1 red onion paste
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic paste
1 pinch cumin
1 tbsp almond butter
 
Instructions:
In a saucepan, pour the water.
Add your lentil and cover with a lid.
Cook until it comes to boil and remove the lid.
Stir in the vegetables, spices, almond butter, and pastes.
Mix well and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Transfer the mix to a blender and blend for 1 minute.
Serve the soup warm.
