Lemon 🍋 Blueberry Oatmeal Muffins
It’s the weekend & who doesn’t love muffins?? 🙋🏼♀️!! Try this delicious snack!!
Not sure there’s anything better than this Lemon-Blueberry Oatmeal Protein Muffin.
🍋1+1/2c old fashioned oats.
🍋1 ripe banana (mashed).
🍋1 @egglandsbest egg.⠀⠀
🍋1/2c @silk almond milk
⠀ (Unsweetened Vanilla).
🍋1+1/2scoops of vanilla protein powder.⠀
🍋1/2c of applesauce.
🍋1tsp of each—lemon extract, cinnamon baking soda.⠀⠀
🍋1/4c fresh blueberries.
1️⃣Combine all ingredients well (except blueberries.) .
2️⃣Fold in blueberries.⠀⠀
3️⃣Portion batter into muffin tin sprayed with coconut oil. ⠀⠀
4️⃣Bake in preheated 350°F oven for 30-33min (or until tops are golden brown + center is completely baked).
