Leftover round to… We have a quick stirfry for lunch….I used the Tumeric pumpkin basmati rice.. and sir fried shitake mushrooms and veggies I made a sauce using freshly grated ginger.. vegetarian hoisin sauce, vegetarian stir-fry sauce, a lil pomegranate molasses, rice wine vinegar sesame oil.. I didnt use any measurements I just tasted and added a lil of this and a lil of that. I found most ingredients at my local Asian market. The pomegranate molasses I found at one of the local indian markets. The 6 yr old has approved and him and I are sharing a bowl..(he doesnt sit still very long) he loves eating off chopsticks though.. his face lit up when trying his first bite..lol.. so it’s a winner..
