Last week I happened to prepare this mouthwatering Mushroom tikka masala. This was so creamy and tasty, and we are totally in love with this ❤️
200 gms mushroom
Marinate for mushroom:
1/2 cup yoghurt
1 tspn chilli powder
1tspn garam masala powder
1 tspn coriander powder
1 tspn turmeric powder
1/2 lemon juice
Salt to taste
1 tblspn rice powder
For Tikka Masala
1 onion
2 tomatoes
10 cashews
1 bay leaf
2 cardomom pods
1 tspn ginger garlic paste
2 green chillies
1 tspn red chilli powder
1 tspn garam masala powder
1 tspn coriander powder
Salt to taste
2 tblsp cream
Coriander leaves for garnish
🍁Cut the mushrooms and marinate them with above mentioned ingredients for marination.
🍁Keep aside for 3 hours
🍁in a pan add butter and on high heat fry these mushrooms.
🍁 In a saucepan fry onions till translucent, add tomatoes and fry till mushy.
🍁Add in the cashews.
🍁Let it cool down, then add them to the grinder.
🍁Make a smooth paste.
🍁Add butter to it slputter a bay leaf and 2 cardomom pods .
🍁Add in ground paste and fry till it leaves sides of pan.
🍁Add little water and adjust consistency. Add spice powders.
🍁Mix well add salt and mushrooms. Mix well
🍁Add cream.
Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve with roti or naan.
