I like Laksa so much that I used to go around to hunt for vegetarian laksa. Really hunt as those were the days when vegetarian food is still not so widely available. And I am glad to find a laksa paste that I like.. Something that I can easily cook at home. Here is my quick fix for Laksa, hope you will like it too!

🌱Boil Thick Bee Hoon and Bean Sprout. Drain and set aside in a serving bowl. Cook the gravy by adding Laksa paste, Mushroom powder, Coconut Milk to the water and boil. Once boils, add in Shimeji mushroom, Vegetarian Fishcake, Vegetarian Fish Tofu and Tau Pok to the boiling gravy. Once cooked, pour the gravy with ingredients to the serving bowl with Thick Bee Hoon and Bean Sprout. Garnish with Coriander and serve.
