Korean Rosé Pasta 🇰🇷🍝🌱

Just good pasta and some pretty sauce. I’m one who rarely measure ingredients. I, most of the time, go by taste and just approximate. But I’ll be happy to share with you how to make this pretty dish. You can actually tweak this in many ways. You can out your favorite vegetables or any plant-based cheese you might have. In my case, I don’t have vegan parmesan so I just wen’t by my trusty @emborgasia plant-based cheddar cheese that surely brought this dish life.

This is delicious, easy to prepare and something you can share with your family and to non-vegans.

What you need:

Pasta (whatever you have at home)
Olive oil
garlic
Gochugang
Soy milk
Pasta water
Plant-based sliced cheese
butter

How to do it:
1. Ofc cook your pasta according to package instructions (but i always do mine 2 mins shy of cooking instruction)
2. On low fire, cook the sliced garlic in olive oil.
3. Add your Gochugang. Depends on how spicy and how ROSE-y you want your sauce to be.
4. Pour your soy milk and sliced cheese. Go extra coz we want that creamy finish.
5. Add your pasta and give it a quick stir.
6. Add pasta water so the sauce won’t dry down.
7. Bring to boil and add a scoop of butter for that glossy coat.

Optional: You ay add parmesan cheese or whatever greens that could work as garnishing.
