☕️ Keto Pumpkin Spice Latte
It’s cool and rainy today. It’s the kind of day that makes you want to pull out your cosy socks and whip up a cup of this pumpkin yummy ness. 🍂

Recipe 👇🏽

Ingredients
•1/2 Tbsp Pumpkin Purée (*not* Pumpkin Pie filling which has sugar)
•1 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
• 1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
•1/2 tsp Cinnamon
•2 Tbsp Sweetener (I use Monk Fruit by @amsonnaturals )
• 1 Shot of espresso
•2 Tbsp Heavy Whipping cream/ Coconut Milk to make it more creamy

Instructions
• First heat Almond Milk on a stove top or in the microwave in a bowl.

•Mix all the ingredients together with a coffee hand mixer or in a blender.

Tip: I would not recommend heating everything together in a cup in the microwave. It might bubble over a create a hot mess (pun intended 😏)
