? RECIPE: with an awesome Keto meal ?⠀
* 2 Cups Almond Flour⠀
* 1/2 tsp xanthan gum (optional, will hold together a little better if used)⠀
* 1 tsp Salt⠀
* 4 tsp baking powder⠀
* 2 Tbsp Erythritol (SoNourished)⠀
* 2 Large Eggs⠀
* 1 1/2 Cups Warm Almond Milk⠀
* 1/3 Cup Butter Melted⠀
* 1 tsp Vanilla Extract -⠀
1. In a large bowl, beat your eggs until well combined.⠀
2. In a seperate bowl, add the almond flour, baking powder, salt and xanthan gum. Mix thouroughly⠀
3. Warm the almond milk up on the stove for about 3 mins. Make sure this is not too hot otherwise you’ll cook the eggs⠀
4. Mix with the eggs in the first bowl, adding the erythrtiol, melted butter and vanilla extract.⠀
5. Combine the eggs with the almond flour mixture and let it sit for about 5 mins while the waffle iron heats up⠀
6. Follow the directions on your waffle iron manual on how to cook these badboys, (usually around 5-7 mins). Let them sit to cool slightly and enjoy. -⠀
