* 2 Cups Almond Flourโ €
* 1/2 tsp xanthan gum (optional, will hold together a little better if used)โ €
* 1 tsp Saltโ €
* 4 tsp baking powderโ €
* 2 Tbsp Erythritol (SoNourished)โ €
* 2 Large Eggsโ €
* 1 1/2 Cups Warm Almond Milkโ €
* 1/3 Cup Butter Meltedโ €
* 1 tsp Vanilla Extract -โ €
๐Ÿ‘จ๐Ÿผโ€๐Ÿณ INSTRUCTIONSโ €
1. In a large bowl, beat your eggs until well combined.โ €
2. In a seperate bowl, add the almond flour, baking powder, salt and xanthan gum. Mix thouroughlyโ €
3. Warm the almond milk up on the stove for about 3 mins. Make sure this is not too hot otherwise you’ll cook the eggsโ €
4. Mix with the eggs in the first bowl, adding the erythrtiol, melted butter and vanilla extract.โ €
5. Combine the eggs with the almond flour mixture and let it sit for about 5 mins while the waffle iron heats upโ €
6. Follow the directions on your waffle iron manual on how to cook these badboys, (usually around 5-7 mins). Let them sit to cool slightly and enjoy. -โ €
