Kale Chips: a comfort food classic. These make excellent healthy snacks and probably cheaper than potato chips (crisps) you get from the supermarket. I also thought these kale chips would take the focus away from the virus situation right now and put health back on the table. ⁠

Kale Chips⁠

Ingredients⁠
1 cup bite-sized kale leaves⁠
1 tablespoon olive oil⁠
½ teaspoon salt⁠
Instructions⁠

1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.⁠
2. Place kale pieces on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake at 175°C/350°F for 10–15 minutes.⁠

Notes: Please note that kale chips need to be watched closely as they burn easily.⁠
