Just created a new green sauce and Oh my god, this sauce is seriously good. I could eat it with a spoon. If you are looking for new flavours, not too sour, a bit spicy and something easy to make, this is the one! Remember that herbs have a higher content of nutrients! This sauce is especially good with vegetables such as edamame or green beans and also fish ?.
1 garlic clove chopped
1 bunch of coriander chopped
1 cup of Thai basil (I Guess you could also use Italian basil)
60ml olive oil
1 lime juice
6 kaffir lime leaves
1 or 2 green chillies
Roll up the kaffir leaves into a thick cigar shape. Slice as thinly as possible, then finely chop the strips. Place in a small bowl of a food processor. Add the rest of the ingredients and blitz until smooth.
