•INGREDIENTS:
2 cups cole slaw
1/2 mashed avocado
2 cucumbers
1 lightly broiled sweet potato (poke holes in a sweet potato, place on a baking sheet & broil on high for 5-6 minutes & then slice)
1 small nectarine
1/3 cup raw apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard @maisonorphee
@celticseasalt garlic sea salt
2 green onions
Crushed red pepper flakes for drizzling
Juice from 1/2 lemon
2 tbsp. coconut aminos

•TO MAKE:
Broil the sweet potatoes according to instructions above & once broiled, slice into cubes & let cool slightly. Add all the ingredients to a bowl with the seasonings & mashed avocado & toss until creamy & coated. Drizzle with lemon & chilli flakes & enjoy! ?
