VEGAN JAJANGMYEON (KOREAN BLACK BEAN NOODLES)⠀

Ingredients (4-5 servings):⠀
Jajangmyeon noodles or any other noodles⠀
1 zucchini ⠀
2 potatoes⠀
1 onion ⠀
4-5 tbsp oil⠀
1/2 cup fermented black bean paste (jajang)⠀
1-2 tbsp brown sugar⠀
2 tbsp potato starch (you can also use corn starch) + 1/3 cup water ⠀
