Jackfruit Balls (kathal Kofta) In Air Frier

Jackfruit balls (kathal kofta) in air frier
INGREDIENTS
250gms boiled and mashed Jackfruit
2 chopped green chillies
Half inch grated ginger
Handful chopped coriander leaves
One tsp jeera
Two tbsp besan for bindin
One tbsp fresh cream
One onion
Ginger garlic paste one tbsp
One tsp garam masala
One tsp red chilli powder
Salt to taste

PROCEDURE
Mix all the ingredients till they are smooth and make small balls
Cook these balls in air frier for oil free cooking
Otherwise you can fry them in oil

For gravy
Heat oil in pan add ginger garlic paste two tsp and saute till it changes colour
Now add one chopped onion and saute till soft
Now add 2-3 tomatoes finely chopped
Cook till it leaves oil from sides
Add garam masala and red chilli powder and two tbsp fresh cream (optional)
Add salt and one cup water and let it boil
Add kofta balls and cook for 5 more minutes
