¶ কাঁঠাল বীজের কাবাব ¶ Jackfruit Seed Kababs

Its nice to use something without creating any waste, right?! Depending on whether you categorise yourself as a lazy bum or an environment activist you will either throw away the seeds or plant them for future. However if you identify as a foodie there is an edible solution to this problem. Cooking it !😁

Ingredients: 
Ripe Jackfruit seeds (boiled)- 10-15
Roasted Jeera- 1 teaspoon powdered
Chilli- 1 
Roasted Coconut -small cut 1 tablespoon
Roasted Cloves, Cardamom and Cinnamon – 1 teaspoon powder
Maida/Whole purpose flour- 2 tablespoons
Cashew
Raisen
Salt 
Sugar

Process: 
Assemble Jackfruit seeds, roasted jeera powder, Roasted cloves, cardamom, cinnamon powder, salt and one pinch sugar in the mixer.
Make a thick and smooth paste.
 Cut the coconut and chillies in very small pieces and add them to the mixture. Add some cashew nuts and Raisins into it. Then put 2 tablespoons Maida and mix it very well. Once the mixer becomes tight enough to shape like kebabs, take some oil on your palm and cut the mixture into small pieces and make kebab in round/flat shape.
Heat the  oil in a pan and fry those kebabs in medium heat.

Wallah! It’s ready to serve…!😎
