I’ve Been Looking For A Way To Encorporate More Tempeh Int

I’ve been looking for a way to encorporate more tempeh into my diet other than in stir fries and stumbled upon this


for the tempeh taco “meat”
– 2/3 a package of tempeh
– tbs olive oil
– tbs chili powder
– 1/2 tsp onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, cumin, red pepper flakes
– 2 tbs tomato paste
– tbs water

for the 🥗 (for one bowl)
– greens
– 1/2 cup black beans
– 1/4 an avocado
– few cherry tomatoes (quartered)
-squeeze of lime
– fresh cilantro

Crumble tempeh into a bowl. Heat oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet. Once hot add crumbled tempeh and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add spices, tomato sauce and water into the skillet and toss to combine. Cook for another 3-4 minutes or until most of the liquid has been absorbed. Remove tempeh from stove and let cool. Add all your ingredients to the bowl 😋
