I’ve always loved veggie burgers no matter what type of diet lifestyle I’m following at the time. I’ve been vegan, vegetarian, Paleo and keto. But my main eating style is Pescatarian and Mediterranean.

Here’s my Mediterranean Diet veggie burger lunch from yesterday that I am craving again today already!

I used the LightLife high protein veggie burgers. They’re the same amount of calories and protein as the Beyond Burger, but there are less ingredients and LightLife has a lighter taste IMO.

??‍?Ingredients:
– 1 LightLife high protein veggie burger
– Toasted Sprouted wheat Ezekiel bread, toasted
– Sabra artichoke hummus
– Feta cheese
– 1 slice of red onion
– Ripe tomato slices
– Sliced cucumber
– Avocado
– Lettuce

Put it all together and enjoy! It’s packed with protein, micronutrients.
Take out the feta cheese and it’s vegan friendly too.
