It’s Wednesday guys, so you know what that means… WAFFLES 🧇 Got a staple blueberry waffle recipe lined up today for #wafflewednesday. With crisp edges and a fluffy center, I topped mine with some extra blueberries, chia berry jam, and a dollop of @goveggiefoods vegan cream cheese (swipe for the reality of the spread 😉) make sure you try it out today! ~ recipe down below

#deats
– 2 flax eggs (2 tbsp flax meal plus 5-6 tbsp water)
– 1tsp vanilla extract
– 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
– 1 tbsp cinnamon (optional)
– 1 tsp baking powder
– 3-4 tbsp maple syrup
– 1 cup @bobsredmill gluten free flour (or regular flour)
– 1/2 cup oat flour
– 1 cup non dairy milk
– 1/3 cup blueberries (frozen works just as well)

directions
1. make flax eggs and let rest for 5 minutes
2. add remaining ingredients and stir until thicc batter forms
3. pour into waffle iron and enjoy!
