It’s time to eat! All of my dishes are made with high quality, mostly organic, nutritious ingredients that fuel our bodies and help us thrive mentally, physically and emotionally. Colors, flavors, and textures also nourish us…it’s not just about the nutrients present, though those are abundant too. In this weekly spread you’ll find a fragrant mango rainbow veg curry with crispy baked tofu, crunchy baked sweet potato and black bean taquitos with pico de gallo, malai kofta (crispy potato veggie dumplings) with spicy tomato gravy, and my butter tofu chik’n with spinach and brown rice. Feeding families, big and small (yep lots of couples can make their way through this sea of yum) since 2013. May have another space become available on my schedule towards the end of the month.
