It’s not Sunday unless you have consumed a stack of pancakes. This recipe is our go-to because it’s not sickly sweet, a healthier alternative and easy to whip together.
SUNDAY MORNING PANCAKES
1/2 cup of buckwheat flour
1/2 of rolled oats
1 cup of soy milk (or other milk alternative)
2 tablespoons of chia seeds
1 teaspoon of baking powder
A splash of apple cider vinegar
Pop everything in a food processor until smooth batter forms. Depending on what milk you are using you might need to add another 1/4 cup more milk for a smooth consistency.
Heat pan and fry each side until golden. Serve with your fave toppings. Here I have
