It’s been a while since we’ve made vegan mousse….It was time. ⏰⁣


It’s such an easy recipe with only 3 ingredients and it tastes soooooooo rich and delicious and creamy! It’s really good with fresh raspberries on it as well. ⁣

*It’s a packet of silken tofu (I buy organic non-gmo) ⁣
*2-3 tablespoons of real maple syrup ? (that I buy in bulk from The Soap Dispensary) ⁣
and ⁣
*100 grams of chocolate chips (for this batch I had the @lilys_sweets stevia sweetened vegan dark chocolate ones on hand) ⁣
?and then zap zap in the blender or food processor until creamy, then refrigerate to set. ⁣
We used the Ninja for this particular recipe, I love my Vitamix to death but for smaller recipes it’s sometimes just too much work to scrape everything out of the jug. ⁣
