ITALIAN TOMATO SAUCE WITH KETO SPAGHETTI 🍝⠀

INGREDIENTS: 2 servings⠀
10,5 oz. (300g) shredded Rutabega (kålråt) (I bought pre shredded)⠀
1 burrata (or mozzarella) for topping⠀
TOMATO SAUCE:⠀
2 cans crushed tomatoes⠀
2 tsp tomato paste⠀
2 garlic cloves⠀
1/4 cup (o.5 dl) red wine⠀
A handfull of fresh basil⠀
1/4 cup (0,5 dl) shredded sun dried tomatoes⠀
8 cloves of marinated garlic (herbs or chili flavor)⠀
Pinch of cayenne pepper⠀
Salt and pepper⠀

INSTRUCTIONS:⠀
1. Slice the 2 regular garlic cloves and fry in olive oil.⠀
2. Add the crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, red wine and cayenne pepper. Let simmer a few minutes.⠀
3. Add chopped basil, sun dried tomatoes and marinated garlic cloves, salt and pepper. Let it simmer for about 10-15 minutes so it get’s thick and creamy.⠀
4. Put the shredded rutabaga in boiling water for about 1 minute. Remove and drain.⠀
5. Cover the rutabaga spaghetti with tomato sauce and top with sliced burrata, fresh basil and some more sun-dried tomatoes. Enjoy! 🥳⠀
