It will never be too hot to have some oatmeal! It’s just too good 🤤
Instead of making my oats on the stove this morning, I made baked oatmeal! I love making oats this way because it feels like I’m eating a cake for breakfast with it’s texture!
This is the sticky pear and tahini baked oats recipe by @naturally.sar , but I made a couple modifications since I’m not a huge fan of tahini in sweet foods. The oats came out so tasty though! 😋

Maple pear baked oatmeal:
• 2/3 cup quick oats
• 1 tbsp ground flax seed
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
• splash of vanilla extract
• 2/3 cup mylk
• 1/2 of a chopped pear
• dash of cinnamon
Add your oats, ground flax, and baking powder to an oven-safe dish and combine. Stir in the rest of the ingredients until everything is mixed together. Bake at 375°F for 20-25 minutes.
Breakfast // maple pear baked oats with the rest of the pear, walnuts, and cinnamon on top 🍐
