Is it only me who likes the preparatory stage of a meal – setting out all the ingredients (and occasionally finding a mystery bonus item which needs to be consumed!
Today’s #supersupper is currently a family favourite. My take on parmigiana with aubergine, courgette, tomatoes, passata, onions, garlic, mozzarella and cheddar. Garlic bread and black olives on the side. The little which is not eaten will be whizzed up for tomorrow’s pasta sauce.🇮🇹😋
Thing 2 baked an amazing almond and plum cake with a crumble topping. Such a great meal today, would have left a tip for the chef. 😁🧑🍳 It amazes me when people claim #vegetarian food is dull (tbf without really trying it 🙄).
