In the summer time we’re always looking to prepare easy, fresh and as much as possible healthy recipes.
One of our handy recipes is ???????? ????? – which brings fresh summer tastes from summer ingredients as cucumber and dill. Also, if you didn’t know it’s ???????? ??????, ??????? ???.. ??? ?? ???????! ?

This Mediterranean dip with explosive flavours can be consumed in many ways like
???? ??????????, ?????, ??????? ?????, ???? ???.

???? ????: 30 minutes ????? ????: 30 minutes
????????: 6 ??????? ??? ???????: 64

???????????:
200 g Greek yogurt
2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
2 cloves of garlic (minced)
1/2 cucumber (grated)
dill
white pepper
salt

????????????:
1. Grate the cucumber and sparkle a pinch of salt over it. Let the salt to get the water out from cucumber. After 5-10 minutes start to drain the cucumber.
2. Into a small bowl mix the garlic with olive oil, salt, white pepper and vinegar. Stir until is blended well.
3. Get a serving bowl to mix the yogurt with the previous mixture, lemon juice, cucumber, and dill.
4. Let the mixture for about 15-20 minutes to allow the flavours to combine.
5. Enjoy! ?

– for a great sauce use a fat yogurt (10% fat)
– for an authentic taste let the dip overnight in the fridge (without dill) ‍
