⭐Base:⁠⠀⁠⁠
4 medjool dates⁠⠀⁠⁠
¾ cup almond flour ⁠⠀⁠⁠
¾ cup Cacao Crisp gr8nola⁠⠀⁠⁠
4 Tbsp. coconut oil⁠⠀⁠⁠
⁠⠀⁠⁠
⭐Caramel & Peanut Layer:⁠⠀⁠⁠
¼ cup peanut butter⁠⠀⁠⁠
3 tsp. cashew milk⁠⠀⁠⁠
1 tsp. coconut sugar⁠⠀⁠⁠
1 ⅓ cups medjool dates⁠⠀⁠⁠
⅓ cup peanuts ⁠⠀⁠⁠
⁠⠀⁠⁠
⭐Chocolate Layer:⁠⠀⁠⁠
½ cup vegan chocolate (we love @paschachocolate vegan chocolate)⁠⠀⁠⁠
2 Tbsp. coconut oil⁠⠀⁠⁠

🍫DIRECTIONS🍫⁠⁠
⁠⠀⁠⁠
⭐Base Layer:⁠⠀⁠⁠
1️⃣Line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper. Set aside.⁠⠀⁠⁠
2️⃣In a blender or food processor, blend gr8nola to a fine flour.⁠⠀⁠⁠
3️⃣Add almond flour and medjool dates, and blend until fully combined.⁠⠀⁠⁠
4️⃣Add coconut oil by the tablespoon, and mix with a spoon until fully combined, and the mixture sticks together when pinched with your fingers.⁠⠀⁠⁠
5️⃣Pour mixture into prepared pan, and press firmly into the pan. Place in freezer while you prepare the caramel layer.⁠⠀⁠⁠

⭐Caramel & Peanut Layer:⁠⠀⁠⁠
1️⃣In a blender or food processor, blend all caramel layer ingredients together, except for the peanuts. Blend until a thick, creamy caramel-like texture is achieved.⁠⠀⁠⁠
2️⃣Remove the prepared base from the freezer, and spread the caramel layer over the top.⁠⠀⁠⁠
3️⃣Sprinkle the peanuts evenly over the caramel layer.⁠⠀⁠⁠
Place in freezer while you prepare the chocolate layer.⁠⠀⁠⁠
⁠⠀⁠⁠
⭐Chocolate Layer:⁠⠀⁠⁠
1️⃣Melt the chocolate with coconut oil, and pour over the caramel layer. Spread chocolate evenly, and place in the fridge to set (about 30 minutes).⁠⠀⁠⁠
