..๐ก๐ฎ๐๐ถ ๐๐ฒ๐บ๐ฎ๐ธ in Malay language literally means rich and creamy rice from the cooking process. Infused steamed coconut rice served with slightly sweet, tangy and mildly hot nasi lemak sambal and some other condiments, finally garnished with chopped torch flower and serve on a banana leaf which imparted the flavour .๐ ๐ฅฐ

Ingredients:
โขcoconut milk rice(checkout previous postโบ๏ธ)
โขnasi lemak sambal(checkout previous postโบ๏ธ)
โขpaper papadum(shown on video-I bought in a paper package and ready to be deep fry)
โข1 cucumber (sliced)
โข1 block of extra firm tofu(sliced & pan-fried till golden brown on all surface)
โข100g long bean(cut into section & sauteฬ till cooked, seasoned with salt)
โขdeep-fried shiitake stem(vege anchovy-I bought them from store)
Assembly everything on a banana leaf & garnished with chopped torch flower. Served hot! ๐ฅฐ
