Infused steamed coconut rice served with slightly sweet, tangy and mildly hot nasi lemak sambal and some other condiments, finally garnished with chopped torch flower and serve on a banana leaf which imparted the flavour .๐Ÿƒ ๐Ÿฅฐ

Ingredients:
โ€ขcoconut milk rice(checkout previous postโ˜บ๏ธ)
โ€ขnasi lemak sambal(checkout previous postโ˜บ๏ธ)
โ€ขpaper papadum(shown on video-I bought in a paper package and ready to be deep fry)
โ€ข1 cucumber (sliced)
โ€ข1 block of extra firm tofu(sliced & pan-fried till golden brown on all surface)
โ€ข100g long bean(cut into section & sauteฬ till cooked, seasoned with salt)
โ€ขdeep-fried shiitake stem(vege anchovy-I bought them from store)

Assembly everything on a banana leaf & garnished with chopped torch flower. Served hot! ๐Ÿฅฐ
