In Dire Need Of Some Brownies This Week Because Of My Chocol

In dire need of some brownies this week because of my chocolate addiction so I made these gluten free, refined sugar free, and totally vegan ones to make me feel better about eating the whole pan! 😝 The recipe is super simple, you just stir all of the ingredients in one bowl and plop them into a baking sheet! I went over the top and dotted mine with @hukitchen ‘s hazelnut butter chocolate bar 🀀 Check out the simple recipe below to make them!
What you’ll need:
-1 cup sunflower butter
-1 tsp baking soda
-1 tsp vanilla
-2/3 cup maple syrup
-1/2 cup cocoa powder
-1/2 cup almond flour
-3 super ripe bananas (super black ripe bananas will offer the most sweetness in baking)
-1/4 tsp salt
-2/3 cup chocolate gems (save some for the top)
-1 tbsp ground flax
Set your oven to 350 degrees. In one big mixing bowl combine these ingredients!
You can prepare these as muffins or put them in an 8×8 brownie pan. Be sure to butter the pan or line with parchment for easy removal! Bake these for 20-22 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Be sure to let them cool completely before slicing or eating. Enjoy!
