In case you are feeling like having chocolate mousse pudding as breakfast over the weekend, this one is for you!😊And pretty easy to make. You could get what makes it nice and fluffy but if you’ve gotten to know my taste a little bit, you can guess😅
To make this smoothie, blend:
•1 cup of almond mylk or any other plant milk you have on hand
•about 3/4 cup of cooked sweet potato
•1/4 cup of vanilla coconut yogurt (or other that you like, the ticker, the better😋)
•2 tbsp of hazelnut chocolate plant based protein (you can also use plain, vanilla, cacao protein)
•1 heaped tbsp of almond/hazelnut butter or tahini
•1 tbsp of cacao powder, add more if you want it more chocolatey like I did (probably added 2 heaped tbsp in the end)
•spices, I think cinnamon, ginger, cardamom or anise would go nice here. I used 1/2 tsp of cinnamon and 1/4 tsp of cardamom.
•water to blend (start with 1/2 cup and see what you need to reach the consistency you like)
Once it’s all smooth and creamy, pour into your bowl/glass and add some toppings. I went for fig slices, a dollop of yogurt mixed with a pinch of beetroot powder (mainly to have a bright pink colour🤩), a few squares of coconut centres mylk chocolate and a sprinkle of dried raspberries and cacao nibs..heaven😍
Let me know if you make it☺️Hope you’ll all have a lovely weekend! Happy Friday!💖 #sweetnutrition
