I’m always trying to find a way to make cheap eats healthier.

For dinner, I made these vegan fried noodles using the following ingredients: olive oil, top ramen, asparagus, red onion, and sesame seeds. 🍜

Just add seasonings!

Here I used garlic, ginger, chives, black pepper, and crushed red pepper. Topped with a dash of low-sodium soy sauce and sweet chili sauce.. mm!

Took less than 15 minutes and turned out better than expected, so I had to snap a pic and share!
