I’m a big fan of chia pudding. One of my new favourite ways to eat chia pudding is combining blue spirulina to create a vibrant colour.

Blue Chia Pudding

• 1/2 cup chia seeds
• 1 cup almond milk
• 3 tsp Pure Blends Blue Spirulina powder
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tbsp maple syrup
• ½ Cup of granola

Place the granola at the bottom of the jar them mix all ingredients together. Allow to set for two hours in the fridge

Decorate with berries and nuts as desired.
