I’ll be honest with you guys, It’s been a hard week so far and it’s ONLY Tuesday!
I haven’t felt super confident this week and have definitely had thoughts around food restriction, BUT have fought as hard as possible. Happy to say I’ve found a way to enjoy all my meals!
