If you’ve never been to T.G.I. friday’s and had their green bean fries, you’re really missing out! Well until you try these AIR FRIED COPYCAT GREEN BEAN FRIES! They’re a much healthier and vegan alternative, but still hit the spot! (Especially dipped in some vegan ranch!)

INGREDIENTS:
8oz green beans
3 flax eggs
1/2 cup flour
1 cup breadcrumbs
3 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2-1 tsp pepper
DIRECTIONS:
1.) Make the flax eggs by combining 3 tbsp ground flax seeds and 1/2 cup plus 1 tbsp water and set aside
2.) Pour the flour in a different bowl and then the breadcrumbs and seasonings in another. This way you should have 3 bowls: 1 with flour, one with the flax eggs, and the last with the breadcrumbs, nutritional yeast, and seasonings
3.) Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees and then start dunking each green bean in flour first, then flax egg, and then the breadcrumb mixture. Continue until they’re all done.
4.) Place the green beans in the air fryer and cook for about 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. You may have to flip halfway through depending on your air fryer.
