No-bake #ketofriendly cookie dough on top of a layer of salted caramel peanut butter covered with a  chocolate shell. Updated caption with recipe below!

Ingredients⁣
For the cookie dough + PB layers:⁣
1 cup almond flour⁣
1 tbsp peanut butter⁣
1/4 cup sugar free maple syrup ⁣
1 tbsp coconut oil⁣
1 tsp vanilla extract⁣
Pinch of salt⁣
1/3 cup sugar free choc chips

For the PB layer:
1/3c natural peanut butter
2tbsp Walden Farms caramel sauce
Pinch of sea salt

For the fudge shell:⁣
3/4 cup sugar free choc chips
1 tbsp peanut butter⁣
1 tsp coconut oil⁣

Directions:⁣
1. Combine all the ingredients for the cookie dough together and mix well.
2. Microwave the fudge ingredients in 30s increments until just melted, mix well then pour half over a silicone mold. Freeze for 10 mins.
3. Once fudge is frozen, spoon about 2tbsp of cookie dough and flatten into mold and freeze for another10 mins.
4. Meanwhile, melt peanut butter ingredients in 30s increments until just melted.
4. Once cookie dough is hardened, top with peanut butter layer. Freeze for another 10 mins.
5. Once peanut butter layer is frozen, top with remaining fudge layer. Freeze for 30 minutes⁣.
