I Was Totally In Mood For Pancakes Today, So I Prepared Some

I was totally in mood for pancakes today, so I prepared some for my husband and me.
My husband got also such a wonderful decorated plate ☺️

The best is, that this recipe does not include industrial sugar.

I’m not sure if I told you once, but I avoid industrial sugar, also about 1 year. It was about the same time, I became vegan.

▪️The standard recipe I use for this pancakes is:
•150g flour
•1 tsp baking powder
•1 tsp cinnamon
•a pinch of salt
•1 ripe banana🍌
•250 ml plantbased milk

➡️First mix all dry ingredients together and then add the plantbased milk and smashed banana. Mix all ingredients again.

If you want to become your pancakes more fluffy you can add also 1 tbsp sparkle water.

You can fry them in a pan with a bit of coconut oil.

At the end I topped them with straw- and blueberries, banana and kiwi🥝

You can also top it with peanutbutter or maple syrup for sweetness▪️

They turned out very delicious 🤤

Yesterday, we had a wonderful day with our family and it became late. It makes a lot of fun just to relax, eat and talk…
During the week it is mostly impossible to have that quality time with the whole family.

Now, wanna do some household things, and take the time for a nap😴
