I just made my first vegan textured soya burger and it’s delicious.

3 ingredients only!

Recipe:
1 cup textured soy (I’m using a mix between big and small pieces)
1 cup quinoa
1 onion
Herbs

- Boil quinoa as usual. Put aside to rest.

-Hydrate textured soy as usual. 
If you use veggie stock instead of just water it’ll give it a better flavour!

- In a pan, fry onion until golden.
Add the textured soy. 
Add salt, parsley and any preferred herbs.
I use a salt made of veggies (Herbamare), a bit of soy sauce, garlic powder.

– When golden, add quinoa and fry up a bit.

- Mix well in a bowl and blend or process. 

- Shape as preferred! I have made then into a ball then a burger.

- Fry a bit with some garlic or your preferred herbs 🙂
