I have probably made about six ????? ??????? batches until I finally achieved the consistency I wanted it to have! Keep in mind the final result will also depend on the type of bread you choose to use and this is totally based on your preference. It is very important to use stale bread for this recipe or a bread that is at least 1 day old .You can also add some chocolate syrup, chips or nuts to the batter before baking it!

Serves 8
?ingredients
▪️10 oz vegan bread, 1” cubed
▪️1 flax seeds egg (1 tbsp flax seeds meal + 2 tbsp water)
▪️2 cups non dairy milk
▪️½ cup agave nectar
▪️2 teaspoon cornstarch
▪️½ teaspoon vanilla

Sauce ingredients
▪️¾ cup non-dairy milk
▪️⅓ cup agave nectar or brown sugar
▪️¼ teaspoon almond or vanilla extract
▪️Pinch cinnamon
▪️Pinch cornstarch

Steps to make sauce: Add milk, agave nectar, cinnamon and cornstarch to a saucepan and heat over medium heat. Whisk constantly until the sauce coats the back of a spoon. Stir in the vanilla extract. Pour over bread pudding once it is ready

Steps to make pudding: Make flax egg in a mixing bowl and let it rest for 5 minutes. Add milk, agave nectar, vanilla and whisk. Stir in bread or mixture and make sure all bread squares are soaked. Let it rest for 30 minutes

Pour mixture on a greased pan and bake for 40 mins at 350°F. Turn off the oven and let the bread pudding inside for another 20 -30 minutes.Allow to cool before serving
