I don’t care if banana bread isn’t trending anymore. Nothing beats warm banana bread in the morning for breakfast. Swap out your morning toast with a slice of moist banana bread. Drizzle with almond butter and granola to get a lil extra fancy.
-2 cups almond flour
-1/2 cup wheat flour
-1/2 cup Nuzest Rich Chocolate Clean Lean Protein
-1/2 cup sugar
-1 tsp baking powder
-1/2 tsp sea salt
-3/4 cup chocolate chips
-2 mashed bananas
-1/2 cup melted coconut butter
-Preheat oven to 325F.
-Grease a loaf pan using cooking spray.
-Mix dry ingredients together in a large mixing bowl until well incorporated.
-Mix wet ingredients in a separate bowl, then add to dry ingredients.
-Fold in chocolate chips
-Bake for 55-60 minutes.
-Top with almond butter, granola, whatever makes your boat float 😋
