I decided to make a page where I can share some of my everyday plantbased meals, so here is my first one!

🌱Vegan bbq plate🌱

Ingredients used
– corn on the cob
– lettuce
– tiny tomatoes (don’t actually know what they are called but tiny tomatoes sounds cute)
– cucumber
– smoked tofu from @tescofood
– no bacon rashers from @tescofood
– next level plantbased minced meat from @lidlbelgium

🌱Potato salad
– boiled potatoes
– peas
– vegan mayo
– 1 pickle
– 1/2 red onion
– 1/2 celery stick
– salt & pepper

-> just shove it all in a pot and pray to jesus it tastes nice

Peel & slice, put slices in a tub with some salt, pepper, sugar, vinegar and water. Refrigerate for an hour, taste and add more flavor if necessary

🌱Tiny tomatoes
Cut into pieces (this is my last resort), add olive oil, a bit of vinegar, salt & pepper, red onion, fresh garlic

🌱Corn on the cob
Boil until soft, then bake in a pan with plantbased butter
