I could eat asian food every single day and never get tired of it. NEVER.

THE TOFU
___
In a bowl mix :

1 TSP of Nutritional Yeast
1 TSP of Cornstarch
1/2 TSP of Garlic Powder

Cut 1 Brick of tofu in cubes and coat tofu with dry ingredients.

Set oven to 400F

Drizzle baking sheet with oil. Put tofu in the oven for 30 mins turning over half way. Cook until crispy.

THE SAUCE
___
While tofu is cooking prep the sauce.

In a bowl mix:
1/2 CUP of Water
1/4 CUP of Soy Sauce
2 TBSP of Brown sugar
2 TSP of Grated Ginger

Set a side.

In a pan heat ( medium-high) :
2 1/2 TBSP of vegan butter

Add:
1 Small minced onion
3 Minced garlic cloves

Sauté for 5 mins

Add sauce and heat until it thickens.

Mix in tofu & serve with salad or rice and veggies. 🌱
