Fresh spinach salad with blueberries, walnuts and cheese. Healthy recipe
Ingredients for 2 people

1 good bunch of spinach sprouts, 100 g of fresh blueberries, 4-6 walnuts, 2 tablespoons of pumpkin seeds, 50 g of feta cheese, lemon zest, vinegar to taste, walnut oil, pumpkin oil or other to taste , black pepper, salt.

How to Make Fresh Spinach Salad with Cranberries, Walnuts, and Cheese

Wash the spinach carefully if necessary, and drain well. Chop slightly if they are large leaves, or leave them as they are if they are shoots. Arrange them in a salad bowl or platter.

Wash the blueberries and pat them dry. If they are large caliber, cut them in half. Add them to the source. Open the walnuts and chop them with your hands. Add them to the salad along with the pumpkin seeds and cheese.

Salt and pepper lightly, grate a little lemon on top and dress with a little vinegar and good oil to taste. Nut oils are a bit more expensive but they add a great flavor to dishes like this. Mix, gently so as not to break the cheese too much, and serve warm or cold.
