Hotness of Chilli Paneer ??? is being craved by everyone just by the look of it ?
Being an Indo Chinese cuisine, it is very popular in Indian restaurants.
A different variety of Paneer cuisine for vegetarians, which is often served along with Fried Rice.
Cottage cheese being high on protein can be eaten as a cheat meal on weekends or controlled calorie day as its high in calories because of all the added sauces.
Let’s look at the recipe now ?

200 gm paneer cubes
2 tbsp corn flour
2 tbsp maida
½ tsp chilli powder
¼ tsp pepper
Salt to taste
Water as required
Oil for shallow fry

Gravy ~
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp finely chopper garlic
4 tbsp spring onion chopped
1/2 cup diced onions
1/2 capsicum diced
1/2 bell pepper diced
1 tbsp chilli sauce
2 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp Vinegar
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
Salt as per taste
1 tsp corn flour
2 tbsp water

Method ?

1. In a bowl, take corn flour, maida(refined flour, chilli powder, pepper and salt along with water to form a lump free batter
2. Add cubed paneer in the batter and coat uniformly.
3. Shallow fry in hot oil making sure the flame is on medium until paneer is crispy and golden.
4. Mix corn flour in water and keep the mixture aside.
In a large skillet, heat oil and saute garlic along with spring onion
5. Add onion and cook it for 30 secs and add capsicum.
6. Cook veggies for 3-4 minutes on medium to high heat
7. Add all the sauces and spices and stir fry until the sauce is combined well.
8. Add corn flour mixture into the gravy and mix continuously and stir fry until the sauce turns glossy and thickens.
9. Place the fried paneer and mix in it.
10. Serve and garnish with chopped spring onion?
