Homemade vegan flat bread recipe by one of my favorites @alexafuelednaturally 💕💕

Ingredients
3 1/3 cups all purpose flour or bread flour
(1/4cup more if needed )
1 1/2 cups +2 tablespoons of warm milk
2 tablespoons of sugar
one package of active dry yeast (1/4 oz)
2 tablespoons of vegan butter melted
1/2 teaspoon salt
olive oil

Directions :
1. Heat milk in microwave for 45 seconds until warm, in a bowl combine milk and sugar then sprinkle yeast packet over the top of the milk, cure for five minutes
2. Add melted vegan butter and salt and then add a cup of flour at a time until you’ve added 3 1/3 cups , mix until well combined it will be really sticky but keep mixing with your hands if it’s way too sticky add a quarter cup more flour keep mixing with your hands for about 4-5 minutes
3. Transfer the dough to a bowl that has been coated with cooking spray or olive oil place a dish cloth over the bowl and let it sit on your counter for about an hour or until double in size
4. divide the dough into palm sized pieces, using a tablespoon of flour to help roll it out, using a rolling pin roll out in circles
5. Heat a pan to medium heat ,brush on a little bit of olive oil to one side and place the oil side down onto the pan, let it cook for about 2-3 min and flip (or until golden brown ) remove from heat and sprinkle it with salt ( salt optional)
