HOMEMADE RED PEPPER HUMMUS!🌶🌶
Inspired by @chl0einthekitchen ‘s recipe!
Idk about you guys but hummus is a food that gets eaten literally everyday in my house- I use it on my wraps for lunch everyday and my sisters and I always top off our dinners with it too. We go through so much plastic containers, so I decided I should try to make it homemade like I used to sometimes last year!
For the #deats
-30 g chick peas
-1 red pepper
-1/2 cup olive oil
-2/3 cup tahini
-2 cloves garlic
-salt, pepper, paprika
Roast red pepper at 450 for 15 min and peel skin off.
Blend all ingredients in food processor until smooth!
Topped mine off with red pepper flakes and more olive oil!
This hummus tastes sooo good and creamy- even better than store bought!
