Homemade granola is so underrated. It’s a great addition to sweet meals or, if you’re anything like me, be eaten straight from the jar! ⁣⁣

Store bought granola always comes in a plastic packet so by making it yourself you’re also stopping one extra piece of plastic ending up in landfill or the ocean! 👏⁣⁣
⁣⁣
This flavour is lemon hibiscus and it’s one of my absolute favourites! 🍋🌺⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Ingredients:⁣⁣
1 cup oats⁣⁣
1/2 cup seeds⁣⁣
1/2 cup nuts⁣⁣
1/2 cup coconut ⁣⁣
1 Tbsp lemon zest⁣⁣
3 Tbsp lemon juice⁣⁣
2 Tbsp almond butter⁣⁣
1/4 cup maple syrup⁣⁣
2 tsp @meraki_superfoods hibiscus powder⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Method:⁣⁣
-Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius. ⁣⁣
– In a bowl, mix all of the granola ingredients. ⁣⁣
– Spread the mixture onto a lined tray. ⁣⁣
– Bake for approximately 20 minutes, stirring twice throughout to ensure it all cooks evenly. ⁣⁣
– Leave on the bench to cool before transferring to a air tight jar. ⁣⁣
– Enjoy!
