Homemade bread with super easy and healthy homemade spreads

Tomato spread:
1 cup cooked white beans
100g dry tomatoes in oil
1 tsp sweet paprika
Salt to taste

Garlic spread
1 cup cooked white beans
2 green garlics
3 tbsp cold pressed oil 
½ tbsp dry garlic
Salt to taste
.
Place the ingredients of each spread in a food processor and blend until homogeneous. Put on your favorite bread and enjoy. Stores well in a fridge for at least 3 days.

Note:
– You can prepare a bigger batch and freeze some for later.
– You can use water or vegan broth for an oil free version.
– You can add a pinch of spirulina for a greener color of the garlic one.
