HIGH PROTEIN // QUICK & EASY VEGAN GRAIN BOWL 💚 AD

INGREDIENTS
🌱 100g @plantpowerfoods tempeh (find @musclefooduk)
🌱 300g fresh broccoli
🌱 One pack of @tildarice edemame, spring onion & wasabi rice. (Find @musclefooduk)
🌱 @nandosuk peri peri marinade (I used the garlic one)
🌱 Chopped spring onion and nuts to serve

METHOD
🌱 Chop the tempeh into 1/2 cm thick strips.
🌱 Fry in a pan using some low calorie cooking spray until golden brown on both sides
🌱 Chop the broccoli & add in.
🌱Add the pack of rice.
🌱 Add the peri peri marinade and cook for a further 5 mins.
🌱 Serve with some spring onion and chopped nuts.
