HIGH PROTEIN // QUICK & EASY VEGAN GRAIN BOWL ๐Ÿ’š AD

INGREDIENTS
๐ŸŒฑ 100g @plantpowerfoods tempeh (find @musclefooduk)
๐ŸŒฑ 300g fresh broccoli
๐ŸŒฑ One pack of @tildarice edemame, spring onion & wasabi rice. (Find @musclefooduk)
๐ŸŒฑ @nandosuk peri peri marinade (I used the garlic one)
๐ŸŒฑ Chopped spring onion and nuts to serve

METHOD
๐ŸŒฑ Chop the tempeh into 1/2 cm thick strips.
๐ŸŒฑ Fry in a pan using some low calorie cooking spray until golden brown on both sides
๐ŸŒฑ Chop the broccoli & add in.
๐ŸŒฑAdd the pack of rice.
๐ŸŒฑ Add the peri peri marinade and cook for a further 5 mins.
๐ŸŒฑ Serve with some spring onion and chopped nuts.
