Ingredients
1cup chopped coconut
1/2 cup water
Method
Grind the chopped coconut and water & strain with help of a muslin cloth, as shown in the video , is the thick & highly nutritious one , called the thick coconut milk ..
Now put the residue back into the blender with 1/2 cup water & repeat the procedure, this is the thin or the lean coconut milk ..
